Your creations are shipped to the address provided at the time of your order. We deliver to France, Europe, and internationally using secure shipping methods.
France & European Union
Free delivery on orders of 300 € or more
For orders under 300 €, shipping costs vary by destination:

Free shipping on orders over $350 USD
For orders under $350 USD, a $55 USD shipping fee applies
Canada
Free delivery on orders of $450 CAD or more
For orders under $450 CAD, shipping costs are $75 CAD

Customs Duties & International Formalities
All our international shipments are handled with high-security measures, including signature-required delivery and insurance. Prices displayed on our website exclude local import taxes.
For all countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Asia, and South America), any applicable customs duties, local taxes, and country-specific customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by the carrier upon delivery.
(Note for the United States: orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from customs duties.)
Delivery Attempt & Tracking:
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide your phone number when placing your order so the carrier can contact you directly.
If you are absent when the delivery person arrives, a delivery attempt notice will be left in your mailbox with instructions on how to collect your package (you will generally have 15 days to pick it up).
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships, allowing you to track your package in real time.
