Production Timeline

Once your pre-order is confirmed, we source the required fabric from our supplier. 

As these are deadstock fabrics sourced from haute couture houses—by definition limited in quantity and never reissued—production is subject to immediate availability.

Should the fabric run out, our customer care team will contact you immediately to offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund of your pre-order.
Once the fabric is confirmed, your sustainable garment goes into production in Paris with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your creation is ready to ship.
