TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
1. PREAMBLE
We invite you to carefully read our Terms and Conditions of Sales (hereafter known as «T&Cs») before using our site www.wonderfullymade.fr. These «T&Cs» aim to detail all the clauses of the sales contract between the user and the company Wealth Power International whose commercial name is Wonderfully Made. Note that these «T&Cs» are subject to change as we reserve the right to modify them at any time depending on changes to the site and/or regulations.

2. PRODUCT
We have described the products to satisfy you as best as possible, several photos identify each of them, and a price in euros. We have displayed each picture so that they appear as natural as possible. Due to our production system, we have chosen to produce one color per piece. However, you can pre-order the colors offered. If you would like a color not offered, you can request it by clicking here.
2.2 Conditions to pre-order
You can pre-order all the products listed on the site. The goal is to produce the exact number of pieces per model and size. Production will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of your pre-order. The availability date of your order may change depending on the manufacturing of the parts and our workshop. If there is a production delay, you will be informed by email.
2.3 Conditions for Personalization
You can customize all the items listed on the site, in terms of color combinations to create an outfit that perfectly suits your style, to do this we invite you to send an email to wonderfullymadebyme@gmail.com.
When receiving your order, we advise you to try it on WITHOUT removing the identification label. Any product returned without it, will NOT be accepted.
3. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
To place an order, you can either create a customer account via the “Log in” section then complete all the steps, or order as a guest.
Creating a customer account allows you to:

3.3. Track your order
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account and password. We suggest you choose an effective password and not share it. If, however, you lose your password, by going to the home page, you can click on the “Connect” section and then click on the “Forgotten password” link, you can enter your email, and a link will be sent to your email to create a new password.
If you have reason to believe that your password has been stolen, please notify us at wonderfullymadebyme@gmail.com. Please note that at any time you can unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails sent.
4. ORDERING PROCEDURE
Before placing an order, you will need to follow these steps:
4.1. Select the product(s), desired size, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".
4.2. When you add the first product to your cart, you can either continue shopping by clicking "Continue shopping", or go directly to payment. When you have selected all the product(s), click on "Proceed to checkout".
4.3. Log in to your customer account.
4.4. If you need to click "Modify" to update the delivery and billing address.
Make sure you complete all the compulsory information to successfully ship your order: Street and building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom numbers, first name, and delivery address. Then click "Confirm".
4.5. Choose your delivery method, Once selected, shipping costs will be added to your invoice.
4.6. Before selecting the payment method, you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions of Sales in their entirety by clicking on “I accept the Terms and Conditions of Sales”.
4.7. Click on the “Pay Now” button. You will be prompted to select a payment method.
The sales contract will be effective once we receive your order and payment in full.
4.8. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email, as well as the delivery date. If the confirmation has not been received. We first invite you to check your “Spam Messages” folder or to contact our customer care by clicking here.
5. RATES AND INVOICING
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including VAT, but excluding shipping costs. However, you can pay in US Dollars or Pound Sterling by selecting the currency next to the search bar in the boutique tab.
Wonderfully Made reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items are invoiced based on the prices displayed on the site at the time the order is placed, and subject to availability.

5.1. Accepted Methods of Payment
You can pay for your purchases via Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, or bank transfer. Your banking information is never in our possession, all transactions are processed and secured by Stripe.
The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is an information security standard designed to reduce payment card fraud by increasing security controls around cardholder data.
Stripe has a PCI Level 1 certificate, assigned by a certified PCI auditor. The PCI Level I is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry.
Knowing that there is always a delay on the part of the banks, payment validation can sometimes take a few days from validation of the order. The invoice will be sent by email.
6. DELIVERY METHODS
We will deliver the items ordered to the address provided when placing the order.
Your orders can be shipped in France, and internationally using the following shipping costs:

Delivery costs + customs fees and additional taxes are to be expected and are the customer's responsibility. The delivery provider will inform you.

A notice will be left in your mailbox if you are away while delivery is being made. You will have 15 days to collect the parcel from your collecting point. The delivery times announced may vary or be delayed for reasons beyond our control, during busy periods (during holiday periods, sales, or end-of-year celebrations). We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, damage, or disruption attributable to carriers.
7. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Upon receiving your order, you have a legal right of withdrawal of (14 days) which you can exercise without having to give reasons and without having to pay penalties. Provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, or a packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, and labeled. You will have to notify us of your decision to withdraw.
The Customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal for a product made according to his specifications, used, worn, washed, damaged, or unsealed.
8. RETURN AND REFUND
8.1. Return
From France, you have 15 days to return your item to us after receiving your order and 30 days from abroad.
Return costs from mainland France of less than €250 are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an item that does not conform to your order. Purchasing the shipping label is the responsibility of the Customer.
We advise you to choose a tracking delivery option and make the return to the following address:

For returns outside mainland France, please indicate on the customs form that it is a "return" to obtain clearance of duties and taxes (at no additional cost), and please also include the initial invoices in the return package specifying the items returned. We do not take charge of any customs fees.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, or packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, new, unworn, unwashed, and labeled.
Please be aware that any item whose label has been removed, which is dirty, worn, or in poor condition cannot be returned.
8.2. Refund
When we receive your item we will inspect it, and an email confirmation will be sent to you. If all conditions are met, then your item will be refunded by the same payment method used during purchase.
Please be aware that, if the package sent was lost, or the return deadline is exceeded, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund.
8-3 The item received has a defect

9. GUARANTEES
Our products are subject to the following legal guarantees:
9.1. Legal guarantee of conformity
Under article L.217-4 of the Consumer Code. The legal guarantee of conformity applies when your product presents a lack of conformity, for example when your product does not function following the uses for which this product is usually used, or when it does not correspond to the description given. Under articles L 211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The user benefits from a guarantee which allows him to return defective items delivered.
9.2. And guarantee against hidden defects
Under article 1641 of the Civil Code, the guarantee of hidden defects covers you when your product contains a hidden defect, that is to say, a defect not apparent at the time of sale which makes the product unfit for its use or greatly reduces its use.
When acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:
- benefit from a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery date of the product to act
- can choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for by Article L. 217-9 of the Consumer Code.
- is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the 24 (twenty-four) months following delivery of the goods. The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee granted.
According to Article 1641 of the civil code, the consumer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the products sold. In this case, he can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price.
10. PERSONAL DATA

11. RESPONSIBILITY
In the event of the occurrence preventing the execution, or delay of your order, we will inform you within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of this event, by email or on social networks. These events beyond our control, such as:
- Strikes, closures or other industrial actions,
- Civil unrest, riots, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not), or threat or preparation for war,
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic and pandemic or other natural disasters,
- Inability to use transport by rail, boat, plane, road or other private or public means of transport,
- Inability to use public and private telecommunications networks,
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government (for example administrative closure of stores),
- Failure or accidents of maritime, postal, or other transport. And any other case beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship.
All obligations of the parties are suspended for the duration of the event, without compensation. If the event continues for a long time, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of Wealth Power International or the customer without compensation from either side.
11. DISPUTES
If a disagreement occurs, you can send us your complaint within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date by clicking here.
For your complaint to be taken into account, you must check the condition and conformity of the items ordered and received, in particular the quantity of items and their characteristics. If the items do not conform to the order, if the package is open, or damaged, you must make reservations and complaints with the carrier or refuse delivery.
These T&Cs of Sale are governed and subject to French law. Even if they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the text of French law will be authentic in the event of a dispute.
In the event of a dispute, you must send us your complaint in writing to the following address: wonderfullymadebyme@gmail.com
specifying and exhaustively justifying the reasons for the complaint. No complaints will be considered if the use of the items is deemed disproportionate. No spontaneous returns without our agreement will be accepted unless the right of withdrawal is exercised.
If the dispute is not resolved after your complaint, you have the option of resorting to a consumer mediation procedure. To file this complaint procedure, we invite you to contact one of the Mediation and Arbitration Centers in France.
